I have this recipe for carmel corn......and it is REALLY good! Although I can't find the recipe, I know it includes baking soda,a stick of butter, brown sugar, bag of popcorn. You melt the butter and brown sugar together, add the baking soda You pop your popcorn. Then you put the popcorn in a brown paper-bag, with the sugar and stuff and mix it all up and zap it in the microwave agin for a minute. I don't have the exact recipe, right now, but i suppose you can tweek everything according to how you like it.

I really like Paula Dean's chocolate popcorn recipe on foodtv.  I also like to add peanut butter to it!

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 stick butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 cups popped popcorn

Over medium heat, using a 4 quart pot, combine the sugar, corn syrup, butter, cocoa, and salt and bring to a boil. Once the mixture is well mixed, add the popped corn. Cook and stir until popcorn is coated, approximately 2 minutes. Cool mixture and shape into 3-inch balls.

even easier one-
 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
125 grams butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 table spoons honey.
pop the popcorn and make sure you remove any unpopped bits.
melt the butter honey and sugar in a small sauce pan stirring it until it boils. leave it to simmer for a futher five minutes. stir the caramel through the popcorn. you can form it into balls all put it into patty cake pans. it will take about 5 mins to set or you can eat it gooey.

and he said unto the people of the hills and valleys " and all ye who eat brunch shall be damned to hell" and unto the people of the plains and seas "ditto"
