Why buy one when you can create your own?

Flower Hair Band

  - rubber band
  - flower
  - pretty bead
  - string

1. Take apart your flower so that all your are left with are the soft petals. There should be a hole in the middle where the plastic center used to go through.

2. Cut a six inch long piece of string. Thread your bead to the center of the string. Make sure your bead is large enough so that it can't slip through the flower hole.

3. Grab both ends of the string and push through the center of the flower.

4. Use the string to tie a tight double knot around the rubber band, sandwiching the flower between the bead and the band.

5. Cut the string close to the knot.

6. Wear the flower in your hair and go to a luau!

Gorgeous! I have seen those around and thought of buying some, but I didn't like the colours that were available. Now, I can make my own. Too adorable.

Ah! So cute I feel the need to make one now! *remembers that she has chin length hair* Alas.
