I have started making one to sit on our porch swing. I blew up a balloon and then then covered the balloon in a mixture of mod modge and water covered news paper strips (kinda like paper mache) after that was dry i popped the balloon and covered the head with duct tape to make it stronger. I am going to cover the head with cloth that I will paint a face on. I have not got around to making a body yet but I wanted some ideas from others. I looked for sites but didnt come up with much.
