I tried doing that almost exactly to a shirt some time ago (last summer-ish) and it came out horrible. Yours is beautiful...I think I might try it again...

I used to babysit a three year old with a speech impediment.  His parents were big-time Chicago Cubs fans.  He always called Sammy Sosa "Hammy Hosa," so that's what I thought of when I saw your subject line!  *hehe*
