aww thanks madelblue...you make me blush Embarrassed i think someones wedding day ALWAYS makes them beautious.  and dont you worry....dont rush getting married...if you are meant to be together the wait is way worth it!  durin (the husband) and i were together 5 years before the thought even occurred to us.  and it made that day so much more beautiful!  and your day will be too! Okay, here goes.  I, too, apologize asd it was hard to pick just a few pictures.

my fabulous stylist had me in these pins all day long in order to create those old fashioned finger waves.

my grandmother took this huge piece of silk I bought and made this gorgeous shawl.  i think you can even see the beads on the end if you look close.

our dressing rooms were next to each other, so i sent a bottle of champagne over to my husband to share with his groomsmen.  i had a bottle with my bridesmaids, too.  it totally helped ease the nervousness.

here's me with my girls.  lots of people balked at my color combo, but loved it.

possibly the best shot of the whole night.  nothing beats that head-in-the-clouds moment right after you get married.

Ya know, it is really hard to pick!  Especially since I did my entire wedding myself..from the pocket squares to the flowers.  Some of my guests thought they were real!  Anyway, I posted some of my favs and the links to the rest.  LOL!  Enjoy!

Several more...

And lastly my cake... I LOVED IT!!  It was a red velvet so it had this wonderful bright red color inside.

MeShellRene...LOVE the cake...we had scrolly-thing on ours, but I'm loving the tree/branch look...and if that's not what you were going for, love it anyway.

(I also dig the colors you had going in general)

All of my photos are hosted at Flickr.
