CraftyCarrie, I love your black and white 50's girl costume. Adorable, reminds me of Pleasantville!

It looks like trouble, and it tastes like chocolate if you want it.

My husband is usually the big winner because he has BAD TASTE and NO SHAME.

Shocked What a loony husband of yours! I feel bad for saying this but he does seem to have a terribly bad taste and abslolutely no shame. But for some reason I don't feel offended. Besides, I bet he has had the fun of his life with those costumes. And I also loved the 2 of you as Bert and Ernie (cause that was the two of you, right?) Please, please, post your costumes for this year!

Hey, I almost forget! Nocturnaloner: Your Pan costume is so cool I almost shed a tear while looking at its greatness.

Nocturnaloner: That costume is inspired! I adore how you have put so much thought into the details, and I'm loving those contacts... which reminds me I must get some of my own. Also, the Pan legs are incredible, that was a great idea using foam to create the beastly bend. Exceptional work!

CraftyCarrie: ROTFLMAO!!! Ur husband has the same sense of humour as mine! i'LL be sure to show him the pic of the priest with the little boy... it's become a running joke with us whenever we are taking the piss out of people on tv and a priest comes on ( no offense intended to anyone's religion we just have *unique* senses of humour)

And I absolutely LOVE the monster under the bed! what an idea! Is it just me or do I see the Priest's boy cameo-ing as the poor kid on the bed?

A couple Harry Potter costumes?  Do you RPG or LARP?  I love the pose in the one that looks like you are about to hex someone.

The rainbow brite costume is also great!  Did you make that?  How did you do the boots?!

Speaking from a lot of experience (don't ask if you don't want to know) if you are a sweaty person, or have really big horns to attach to your forehead, use superglue.  If you are a non-sweaty person, or have smaller horns to attach, use eyelash adhesive.

This is my favorite costume.  It's my supergirl costume I made for a science fiction convention (from scratch...including boots) and I will probably wear it for halloween.  Who knows.
My best friend is the wonderwoman - and together we made the batgirl costume for our other friend for a competition (and we won - yay!)
