I like the idea of using alternative things to give fishys homes. I always liked those aquarium coffee tables but they are so very pricy and I don't know anything about mantaning them I never was good at keeping fish. Anyway here is my question does anyone know of a way I could make one cheap out of something else and use it for aquatic plants only seeing how I've come to terms with my carelessness of fish?   P.S. I'm new and this is my very first post!!!

I wont get embroiled in the fish safety debate but I like the idea of how that would look.

I think I might try an unusual household object with a FAKE fish in it! Like those ones that are attached to little plastic 'bubbles'. Fish are pretty, but I dont want to hurt them!
