Just to start:

What kind of restaurant is it?  What kind of food does it serve?

What type of person is going to go there?  Exactly what kind of person?  (What do they do, where do they live, are they male or female, how old are they, do they have children, how much money do they make, where do they live... etc)

Who are the owners and what about the cafe is important to them and their identity?  Be specific.

How does the restaurant integrate with the community it serves? What makes it unique?  Why would you go there? What makes it special?

VERY IMPORTANT:  if the name is going to be congruent with the brand, what name can be used to both represent the feeling of the brand and the product it represents? (examples:  bonefish, republic of tea, whole foods, cupcake cafe, sprinkles, bed, bath and beyond, crate and barrel)
This is IDENTITY and is essential if you are ever going to try to sell or go public with the brand , or move it to other locations and expand operations.

Once you can answer those questions, you can more easily name the cafe.  Good luck!

Did any one come up with "Tickled Pink" ?
Or the "Pink Pussycat" Cafe/Lounge
or maybe the "Smitten Kitten" and have the cat in the logo done in Pink?

As you sew, so shall you rip. Don't fear the ripper.
