Have you really never heard of glass painting?  Shocked I was completely stuck on where to post this, 'cause there are boards for most techniques, but not this particular one. (But hey, bowls sit on tables = in houses. Right?)

I took a "course" on it, i.e. three or so afternoons in the holidays with my French teacher (and the rest of my class). The sessions were actually rubbish: she (French teacher) told us how to outline and fill in pictures, provided us with patterns and materials (though we had to buy the glass pieces) and left us to it. I've learnt loads more techniques (marbling, mixing, different mediums etc) from books from the library.

You do beautiful work!!  And hats off to you learning from the library.  That is where I get a lot of my instruction too.  Can't seem to afford every craft book I want.  Smiley

Here is a vase that I marble painted.
