My husband and I took a trip out West and collected a bunch of flat round rocks along the way.  I decided instead of putting them in a basket somewhere I would turn them into a piece of art for our walls.   My handy hubby made the shadow box frame.

This is AMAZING!  What an utterly unique way to remember your trip, and to collaborate a project with your husband.  Smiley

This is hugely cool and takes such a simple idea to such beautiful heights. I never would have thought of this, but I absolutely love it. Your doodles are excellent.

I'm curious as to what medium you used to colour the rocks, and your technique?
