to make this for the Vintage Halloween Swap

I got the handles for a steal!  (FIVE BUCKS!!!) and knew exactly what I wanted to do with it.  I can't wait to make another one.

I love it!  (Here's a hint about getting cheap pocketbook handles-go to a thrift store and cut them off of a cheap ugly pocketbook!)
