This is a sunday dinner I make this often all year long.
The creme fraiche potatoes is potatoes in slices 1/4 inch in 1 layer in a shallow pyrex with a mix of 1/3 cup creme fraiche to 1 cup full fat milk, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, fine sea salt to taste and black and white peppercorns freshly milled.
Bake in oven 200C until golden and soft fork tender approx 45 minutes depends on oven.
Beef stew with zucchini, tomatoes and onions slow cooked. Portobello mushroom pan fried  a little butter.

Looks tasty! I'll have to try that potato recipe sometime. Seems easier/faster than the cream new potatoes I usually make, which requires a roux first.
