I made this for the Open Tin Swap.

A lot of this stuff is antique/vintage; The metal parts of the wings, the metal blue jay button, the metal feather, the deer figurine, and the key. In the upper left is a real blue jay feather I found, and the bottles have real moss and teeny clovers I put in resin, and little bits of tea which I labeled "bezoar" lol from a Harry Potter project I didn't finish. 

On the back I put a tortoise shrinkydink I made of my tortoise my dad bought as a mid-life chrisis lmao. I never ended up using it for anything so I used it to cover the spot where I attached the gears for hanging.
