I really was at a loss to know what board to post this on, so I figured a bowl cozy is a kind of a bag??!

Anyway CraftyLittleMonkey made me this slow stitched fabric ages ago, and of course I was waiting for the perfect project, but in the spirit of 'Use the good beads' and really needing a bowl cozy for work. I decided to use the fabric.

Meal planning is awesome, I have just started and it saves so much mental energy. So I have been bringing soup to work every day (making the soup on Sunday-makes lunches so much better) but the soup out of the microwave was scalding my hands, so I needed the cozy. And what a better use of the fabric than to have the love and energy that CLM put into it, making every lunchtime better.

this is the final result.

this was the starting fabric

and penguins for a lining fabric.

There's not much in this world that can't be improved by either chocolate, bacon or glitter.

Oh my gosh, this is amazing! I love it so much! I love that you used that stitchy for a practical everyday thing you'll see and use often. I am so happy to see you using the good fabric, yay! You really started something with that, I think about it all the time and I see it referenced here by many different crafters. Viva the good stuff! Rock on!

I'm not online as much as I used to be, don't panic if it takes a while for me to reply to things Smiley.
