You make such beautiful, organic looking volumes calluna. That's lovely.

kartiana just posted a Pocket Sized Travelers Journal Tutorial that looks so great!

I haven't had a lot of time to make books lately but I did collect 2 really nice, thick brown paper bags recently that are calling out to be made into a sloppy journal. I also got some Ikea shelving that I'm hoping to put together this weekend to help me deal with the disaster area of a craft room I can't find a thing in these days, lol. Maybe, maybe I'll squeeze in some crafting time after that. I have masterboards to experiment making and they will surely be beautiful book pages.

I have a really long paper that was directions inside quilting batting that is calling to to me to make into masterboards. I can make the pages is the easy part. The actual binding I would need to figure out.

Together, with the guidance of wikihow, I am using a masterboard I had premade and am learning how to copic bind this into a journal! This will be my first bound book! Woo!

Ok, it is bound. It's not perfect, the stitches are too tight in places, but for my first hand binding, I feel it's pretty ok.

Amazing! Looks so great, good for you for trying it out. I feel like book binding is addictive, I really love it since I first gave it a try.

I used some of the 900 sheets of paper I just bought and made a blank candy corn colored journal. I think these might be fun STS offerings!

I used e6000 glue to glue the signature together, then added 3 holes and bound it to tie it all together.

My phone has some images depressed into it, so I'm not sure if you can read the embossing, but it says:
Give thanks and celebrate your blessings.
