Anyone doing Repeat Crafter Me's Crochet Along?  Here is the link:
http://cloud.email.yarnspirations.com/rcm_springCAL
It's set over 3 weeks using 4 Bernat Pop skeins (my Joann's doesn't carry them and I'm scared of porch pirates or I'd order online) so I substituted Sweet Rolls.
I made 1 of the 4 flower panels last night, was really easy and it's pattern repeat so I could zone out while watching TV
Starting out:

Halfway there!

All finished (I carpool with my hubs so I can crochet while he drives)

I absolutely love this and signed up myself. I'm not sure I have time right now for a crochetalong, but I'll keep it for a future project. I love seeing your progress!

I know what you mean kwality570!  I ran to get yarn the other night and I come home and hubs says "is that for the artist's showcase (a silent auction at work)?" Me: "NOPE!" Him: "oh, is it for the unicorn blanket for XYZ's baby?" Me: "Also, NOPE!!!" Him: "OH! So you're starting a THIRD project?!?" Me: "YEP!" I can't help it Smiley
Here is my second lap flower block picture, I like the red hues of this one

My motto is: I don't eat the same food every day, so why would I work on the same project every day?  I like variety

Wow! Those are incredible looking flowers. I googled but couldn't find a finished project to check out. I'm not sure I'm up for an entire blanket made of those, they look labour-intensive, but I would certainly try one! Or two... heh.

Here is the finished product- I bought 4 skeins for 4 flowers and after working them all up there's one that sticks out like a sore thumb so it is going to be a pillow applique
A lot of people online are making 1 for decoration so that's a common theme.
