I guess I am the odd one out then. Licorice and circus peanuts are some of my favorite candies! Of course I was the kid who would eat spinach in kindergarten because I have always loved "weird food".

I love black licorice, it's the best! Also circus peanuts & any other manner of weird, squishy marshmallowy candies like those strawberries & bananas (I loathe actual banana but fake is great!). I also like rockets, so do the kids. & the molasses toffee that comes in the orange yellow & white  wrapper, you know the one. Gimme! A solid fave.

I don't like gummie anything, those are yuck.

Check in time!

Worst Halloween candy?

While Halloween is my absolute least favorite holiday (sorry friends, please don't shun me!), least favorite candy? The gum that is too hard to even chew (you know, the one that is usually in the yellow wrapper?) What a waste!

Hook me up with anything Reese's and I'm a happy camper, though.

I can not even smell black licorice without vomiting. My husband loves it and I make him eat it in another room. Cheesy

I gotta brag somewhere. I went thrift shopping and got 25 dolls for $17. 8 of which are Monster High dolls. The two headed mermaid is missing her arms but I am sure I can buy replacements. I also got an ever after high doll (the pink haired one), and some Disney Descendants dolls that are made similar to the monster high dolls. And a ton of Barbies. My 2 year old has already attacked those. I am so happy to finally have someone to play dolls with!

Let's do a little checking in!

This week's question: How is everyone doing?

I am doing okay. My grandpa has dementia and has been moved to hospice. We are going to visit soon and then I guess we are standing by for when we get the call. The doctor said it could be a few months or a few more years. I see a lot more family visits in our future.

Crafting wise, I am doing fine. Something I did last night is not looking quite how I want it to but I am not giving up on it yet.

I seem to be stuck at 75% done!  I keep adding to what I've already done and not making much progress on the "yet to be done" portions.  We had a few things come up that made me deal with real life instead of fun, crafty life.  But, should be back on track tomorrow.

It's not that I don't want to swap, it's that I often don't have time.  But feel free to ask (especially if it's one that's not too time consuming).
