I was searching for fun but easy pin cushions and came across a tutorial for this beauty. They are so easy to make and I had everything on hand so no spending for extra material! I made this for Audio but I am going to make one for me too.

Cute!  What is it like in profile?  Is it any deeper than the hoop?  What did you stuff it with?  Inquiring Jennies want to know!

It is deeper than the hoop. I stuffed it with just poly stuffing. The backing is done with cork and I think paper over that, if I can remember correctly. I think it is probably about 1/2-1 inch higher than the hoop.

Kewl.  Might be nice to hang a small one from my sewing machine...

So cute! Looks like it would function really well, too, which isn't always the case with the cute pin cushions.

Really cute and I like steiconi's idea of hanging one from her machine.
