Probably on the bleeding edge of "reconstructed," but there were some extra steps involved to make the most out of some gorgeous vintage sheets from PerfectlyBohemian for nursery linens! These started out as a twin-sized set with a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcase. With a little bit of creative patchwork, I was able to get two full sized crib sheets from the flat sheet. They completely transformed my visions for the nursery, too...I had envisioned everything being dark with lots of deep blue and pops of color, but the print on these is space-ey AND light and bright. They make me so happy!

(bonus belly shot - this was right after the sheets were finished)

I also covered a bit from the pillowcase with fusible vinyl and made a wipable changing pad cover. It's not quite "finished" since the edges are just folded under, but the vinyl wrinkles after machine washing (which I try to do now and then) and has to be re-ironed every time. Also, after making...6...crib sheets of various sizes/fabrics (baby was in daycare for a while and needed mini crib sheets, separate post soon), I'm slightly burnt out on elastic for the moment Smiley

Mistess Jennie for the win on the pun; rhinoceroses for the win on the cute crib sheets and accessories.
