I've been checking out various options for a travel journal for my summer/fall adventures and decided that a travelers journal would be perfect!

The notebook inserts and accessories like pockets, envelopes, pen holder, etc. would make it easy to customize the journal for each trip.

What's more fun than making one for myself?  Duh!  Swapping with a like minded individual for one! Cheesy

Is there any interest in swapping for handmade journal covers, notebooks, accessories, etc.?

Let's talk about this! Smiley

I've had travellers journal accessories on my OWS wishlist for a while.  I've gotten some bits, but would be happy to trade more pockets & things. Smiley

It might just be the two of us who are using the travelers journal  Grin

I just finished making a scrappy journal cover for my travels and would love to swap for accessories.

thanate, what kind of pockets are you looking to swap for?

Here's a picture of my scrappy traveler's journal Smiley

More details in this post.

I need more accessories for it!   A pen holder, more notebook inserts, charms...the list goes on.

I know I got kartiana into the style, but I think she's super busy this month?

I need to rethink how I organize mine, so I'm honestly not even sure what I need at present.  I don't think I ever posted about it, tho, so maybe that would help organize my thoughts?

These are lovely. Smiley Although I must express a teensy bit of disappointment, because I TOTALLY read the title as "Time Traveler's Journal Swap"... Wink

I would love to see your journal!  it's always cool to see what others do with theirs Smiley

My goal is to fill one notebook insert with details for each trip I take this year.
Stick a new insert in before a trip, remove and replace with a fresh one before the next trip.
When all is said and done, perhaps I will make some sort of box or a bigger cover to house all the travel notebooks.

There's really no firm dates for this swap...it can just happen when we're all ready to play Cheesy

Pockets!  Are they sewn or made with paper?
I would love to see pictures of your work if you're willing to share them.
Being new to this type of journal, I'm obsessed with all things related Smiley
