Holy cow!!! That assemblage ship is amazing! Was it a gift, or do you still own it?

Thanks!  I made it for craftsunderground for the second round of the Assemblage Swap a couple of years ago. Smiley

My partner and I have exchanged several PMS so far and it has been tons of fun getting to know her! Smiley

I can't pick a favorite project!  Tongue So I picked a meaningful one; https://kaisa-reinikka.blogspot.com/2011/02/art-journal-5-ish.html this is an art journal I made some years ago when I was in a less than desirable place. I didn't have anyone to talk to and I didn't feel safe keeping a regular journal. But I found that with this I could write down everything I wanted to get out of my head then cover it with paint so no one would know what was there. It was very therapeutic for me.

As dharma_rebel said we haven't Pm'd a lot, but I feel like what we have sent each other has been good stuff  Smiley

we have the potential to meet in person someday!  Smiley

That would be awesome!  Cheesy Those leaf earrings are pretty! I love seeing your metal working  Smiley

kartiana, I am sorry you were in such a difficult place, but it's great to see such a wonderful way to cope! I never would have thought to journal in such a way to just paint right over it!

We have a sender for package 2!  Kittykill has sent...and even a day before original send-outs!

Tell me about one of your absolute favorite projects that you ever made. Share pictures if you'd like.

That's a tough one and will probably change with my mood! But right now as my baby gets bigger I'm reminiscing about the pirate-themed quiet book I made for my niece and nephew when they were much younger. Specifically the finger puppets in the treasure hunting pages that became their favorites:

(And of course looking at photos makes me realize I'd do about 90% of things differently now!  Cheesy)

kartiana - I do that with my art journal.  Write out all the crap in mt head (some of it not so nice depending on my mood!) and then paint and collage over top.

rhinoceroses - that quiet book is super cute

I shipped my package out yesterday. Awww man, if I had checked this earlier I could have added a few more treats. Oh well!

Not sure if this is my favorite thing I made but it was very painstaking and I was glad when it was done. LOL!

Fave project ever would have to be my Button Encrusted Christmas Stocking This thing TRULY was a labor of love AND got me into the Best of Craftster back in 2010 Cheesy I'm hoping to make another one to keep for our home this year.

Been going back and forth on PMs with partners here and there with random questions and chat about stuff in our lives. Neat to hear about everything in someone's daily life and how it's the same or maybe vastly different than my own.
