Oh man, work is eating my life.

The challenge for November is to craft warm and cosy things. And it's never too early to make holiday gifts. In fact, if you are just getting started you'd better get cracking!

Cute ornaments, BigBangMama!

We went to a toga party this Halloween, sadly, I didn't get a picture of my DH's. They're made from cheap sheets, dyed with RIT dyes.

I made a cozy bandana cowl for my nephew. The yarn is an alpaca/acrylic blend and so very soft.

My SIL's birthday is coming up, so I made her a tote bag.

My boys got me some Merino roving for my birthday so that I could make them some new Winter hats. Here is the yarn I spun up for that purpose.

They also got me a grab bag of random colors, so I spun some of it up into this fractal yarn.

I've had this handspun in my stash for years, spun from roving I received in a swap. I finally used it to make a hat and neckwarmer set for DS2.

It's been snowing here all week, so I'm all about crafting warm and cozy things.  Cheesy

TTC, your spinning is wonderful and your crocheting is making such good use of the yarn. I especially like the beautiful randomness of the fractal yarn. What type wheel are you using? Looks much too even to be drop spindles.  P.S., may I borrow your sons for my birthday? My husband could benefit from their guidance on gift selection.  Grin

Thank you so much! Not gonna lie, I'm a little in love with this yarn. All. The. Colors. Cheesy

I'm using an Electric Eel Wheel Nano. It's so tiny and better suited to thinner yarns, but I kind of like pushing boundaries. I'm having so much fun with it that it makes me want a big wheel really bad, though. (My kids are still small, so I bought the roving for myself and they gave it to me. Takes the pressure off my husband, too. lol)

I have been busy making things, but a lot of it has been for swaps, so I haven't been able to show it.  Anyway, my biggest to-do as of late is this super amazing Flower of the Month Fabric Planner that I just finished the other day!

Y'all have been kickin' butt on the cool crafts! I have been keeping up, but in a stalkery way rather than as a participant.  Undecided All the ornaments! All the stitchery! All the spinning! All the great things! I have made lots of things and given them their own threads since posting here, but here are the latest few.
