50 PROJECTS 2019

In the ongoing tradition, here's where everybody is invited to share their projects for the year. Make a list of things you intend to do (it could be 5, 50, 100, however many you wish), add to it with new ideas, strike things off the list as they get finished or dropped. Sign ups are open all year. Share your challenges and triumphs, chat about crafting, comment on each other's work, post your projects including links to topics if you've made one. There will be contests and challenges throughout the year, feel free to pitch ideas and offer to send out prizes if you're so inclined. Happy to have you here Smiley.

Hey friends, I asked if I could take over this one while our awesome and very much missed AlwaysInMyRoom is busy with other life things. I hope y'all won't mind reposting your projects from Jan-Feb over here. I'll make sure your list post is attached to a clickable name link here for easy access.
If you have suggestions for challenges please feel free to share. And let me know how I am doing, this a a big topic that so many of you are dedicated to and I want to make sure I am doing it right.

CHALLENGES

Although it can be cold, wet, and grey, April is energetically all about opening and blossoming into the promise of spring. It is the month associated with Aphrodite, the goddess of love, and with the daisy which symbolizes innocence and purity but also means "I'll never tell!".
**The challenge for April will be to make (or finish up and give) a gift on the sly for someone you care about. Bonus points for anything that is purposefully cheerful, we could all use a bit more of that right about now!
Please indicate how the project you are posting is related to the challenge (of course, post all your other projects for the month as well). Participant names will be linked here. The winning entry will be chosen by a random number generator and there will be a small prize. Thanks for participating and good luck!

Qualifying projects:

March challenge: try something new, bonus points for projects related to LUCK ei: gold and green, etc.
winner: tendstowardschaos's "End All War" fabric journal cover, congrats!

Thank you SO MUCH, craftylittlemonkey and meleriffic for helping with this transition!  alwaysinmyroom is always with us in heart, and we look forward to her return (soon, please! Kiss) when life allows her.

And... today is actually the first day of National Craft Month, so what a fitting day to get this craftalong started!!

"And the Moral of Pierre is: Care"-Maurice Sendak

Ugh, it's like Thanos, ok?  the long E is the feminine ending.  (Also, I prefer *not* to destroy the universe when possible.)
Thann-uh-tay, no "nate".

Read more!(sometimes I write stuff)
