Those are pretty cool!  I love the organic look of them - they make me think of close ups of some microorganisms.  As for the tacky ones - wait to see if they may eventually cure.  If not, but they are still somewhat solid, just a bit tacky, you can try cutting them into slices or chunks (wear a mask to avoid inhaling the  dust) and then try embedding them in more resin.
