Details of swap:
This swap is for one small item (small = roughly 2 hours crafting time). Extras to be negotiated between partners, no pressure if you want to keep this one quick and easy Smiley.

We are deep into February blah territory, how about crafting a little something positive to ring in March?
Gentle reminders that life is good, you are a beautiful human, it's good to make time for self-care, that it's ok just to sit and day dream with a cup of tea now and then, that you CAN relax and read a book, and that creativity is never a waste of time.
It could be a painted rock, fridge magnet, pin-back button, Teesha Moore type patch, an ATC or 4X6 piece of art, a change purse, keychain, pendant, merit badge, a little hoopla or a painting, anything really. If you felt like releasing that energy into the universe you could even request an abandonable piece of art.
There is a 2 week crafting time to keep things easy and low-stress, extras are not required but sending a card or note is always very nice.
If you are on the fence, take a look at round 1.
It was such lovely good fun, I think even looking at the round 1 gallery will put a smile on your face Smiley.
Here's a Pinterest board I started with purely positive affirmations. Share yours if you've got one Smiley.

Swap Rules:
~You may choose to have 1 or 2 partners if you have previously swapped successfully.
~I will post a couple of questions in the discussion threads that I ask you to participate in answering so we can all keep in touch with each other while we craft our positive items.
~Please keep a copy of your mailing receipt as confirmation of sending.
~NOT A RULE: last round part of the swap was to make a positive item for yourself along with the one for your partner. Surprisingly, many found this to be a challenging prospect. I ask that you consider doing this kindness for yourself so long as it is not upsetting in any way, this is meant to be an uplifting project after all. If you do make something lovely just for you, or even to abandon in your community, please feel free to share it in the gallery along with your thoughts and feelings. It was really inspiring to see those crafts last time. A bonus note in feed back for anybody who does this part Smiley.

If you want to participate, information to send to organizer:

Excellent! I am very excited and full of ideas already. I'm going to make a list of 10 items I'd like to received as inspiration, feel free to modify your posts to add a list of your own!

Including but not limited to:
1 fridge magnet
2 adult merit badge
3 little pouch/bag
4 button/pin (like for wearing on a jacket lapel, you know the sort?)
5 dottee/spirit doll/ornament thingy
6 little bitty artwork for hanging up, like a teeny mini canvas or wee weaving or small stitchy patch, but tiny!
7 prayer/intention flag
8 little hand bound book (small and simple)
9 small set of greeting/note cards and envelops, I really love sending ATC's in those
10 some sort of tear away note paper thingy for next to the phone

I could so easily keep going!

I want to, it's just...maybe, maybe. I mean I can squeeze in 2 hours of crafting time, right?

Will decide over the weekend if (when!) I get done what I need to for the Asheville Swap.

Ugh, it's like Thanos, ok?  the long E is the feminine ending.  (Also, I prefer *not* to destroy the universe when possible.) Thann-uh-tay, no "nate"

I most certainly have 2 hours to craft for this, for sure for SURE!
Did you gals take a look at my pin board? Every pin leads to more inspiration, I had a hard time keeping it from overflowing, lol.
