I'm delighted to be here! I think I've run across this site in the past looking up tutorials for things, but it never really clicked for me how big this place was. I finally decided to join after seeing it listed in a group of websites for craft swapping, which is something I love doing occasionally. I do a hand-made Christmas ornament swap with the mother of one of my work colleagues (we've never actually met!). It's a ton of fun, and I enjoy being able to share different skills and learn new ones.

I sew, costume, crochet, bake, decorate cakes, do various crafty things around the house, a little bit of sculpting when projects call for it, and I jump at any chance to use my Dremel. I also make cloth art dolls of favorite book/movie/game/TV characters. My avatar is actually a cloth art doll I made of myself for my Mom. I've been a Hula/Polynesian dancer for over two decades, and I made the doll out of scraps left over from one of my own costumes.

Crafter, sewist, costumer, doll maker, baker and cake decorator, reader, collector, all-purpose nerd...
You can also find me on Den of Angels for ABJD related stuff!

Very cool! There are some Hawaii babes here who I am sure would love to talk Hula and see creations based on that. There is a meet up in the works for 2020, I hope to be there!
