Whew! I have had all the materials and the pattern to make this top for MONTHS. Like, probably 6 months. Then in January I determined I would finally make it! And then I alllllllmost finished it by mid-January and it sat there for a couple of weeks. But today... well, today I finished.  Grin

It's a 100% cotton broadcloth and I think will be a nice weight to wear around here from Sept-June.

There are 9 pintucks on the bust and two on each sleeve. The pattern (Butterick 6024, View B) has the tucks with the "flap" on the outside, but I just wanted a little smoother look across my vast tracts of land. Ahem.

Looking at the photos, I can see I need to clean up the ends of my pintucks in a few spots. Sigh.

Thanks, y'all! I am very pleased with how my tucks turned out and I must give some credit to the fabric which was very cooperative!

Perhaps one day when my hairs're did! Then I can point out all the stuff that's not quite right, too.  Roll Eyes But it's good enough!

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.
