Acadian Driftwood has been giving me wonderful produce lately from her farm. This time it was winter squash.  In this pic is what's left of the cooked squash. After cooking it, I had several pints of water , all nicely flavored with essence of squah. It sat in my fridge for a bit, as I KNEW I could use it somehow.
Today I heated some up, generously sweetened it with agave syrup,  and shook just a tiny bit of premeasured spices in.
It's great! I also tried adding a tablespoon of my plant milk (veggemo brand) and it made it nice n creamy.
Now I know how to use up that entire batch of water.

Wow, that is resourceful! I sometimes save veg water for soup but never thought of using it for beverages or something sweet. Cool!
