I recently had the challenge of making an ATC completely out of polymer clay.
I was pretty happy with it. I did add some jewel embellishments but its 97.5% clay  Grin

Oh my goodness, there is so much detail in this! I don't think I've ever seen an ATC like this. Lovely work Smiley

Wonderfully lush and vibrant!  Is the backing clay too, or cardboard/plastic?  I gotta admit, this also kind of makes me hungry.   Grin  (Because it looks candy-like to me, not because I routinely eat flowers and leaves, lol.)

I rolled out a sheet of clay on my pasta roller on the thickest setting and cut it into ATC size.  And them made all the elements and attached to the clay base so there is no cardboard or plastic.  it's fairly on the thick side for an ATC.  the base is alone was about 1/2 centimeter
