I got 99 problems, but a stitch ain't one.

I finished the January flower for the Flower of the Month Stitch Along. The flowers are carnations and snowdrops. I decided to do only two colors for this month. The bright pink with the black and white made me think of snow and celebrations. LOL! Once I am finished I will put them all together in a fabric journal.

Beautiful job, especially on the crisp pink petals!  Given the subject matter, my brain wants to read the black floss as (dark) green, even though I know it isn't.

There's not much in this world that can't be improved by either chocolate, bacon or glitter.

So pretty! It's both pretty and bold with the say the blossoms seem to stand out from the fabric!

The pop of pink against the black makes me think of a black-and-white photo that's been carefully colourized in a few spots.  What a neat take on the design!
