Over the last couple of months, I had accumulated 3 little projects in need of frames.

First was this greeting card addition to the potty-humor WC gallery. I added the "Go, Bog, Go!" to fill in where the card was just a color block.

Second was turning this frame into a cork board in order to display this ridiculous poop sling shot game! The stuff on the back is pretty priceless, too, so it can be removed from the cork to admire. Cheesy

Finally, we got a Christmas card that totally matched the vibe of the holiday decorations in our guest bedroom, so I decided to frame it. And luckily one of my dear ones sent me some old frames she had collected, but decided she didn't want... this just needed a new finish to be just right!

Here it how it looked before I refinished it.

This was a mostly-stash trio of project: I bought only the top two frames, both from the thrift store and for under $3 total!

I love the deer in the bowtie!  The red frame really makes it pop.

Wow,what a transformation on that last frame! It looks positively dust encrusted, did it require mega cleaning before it would take the awesome matt red paint or is that just part of how those frames look? They are so weird looking, I'm always tempted when seeing them at the thrift shop.

T, not gonna lie, it really jumps out to me that the floating bits are missing from the Go, Bog Go! letters. Did you leave them out for effect? I know that's done. It's like serging on the outside of a garment to me, a crazy maker! Otherwise, very nicely done.

I want a Poo Doo launcher, lol. Cheesy

Thanks, pals!

The red frame's original finish is just a gold/ivory distressed look popular in the early 70s, not dusty/crusty. I only gave it a bit of a sanding with steel wool before painting.

My original plan was not to leave out the centers of the letters, but once I had it laid on there minus the centers it seemed to go with the ad hoc look of the crapper mobile in the photo so I decided to go against my normal inclination!
