I made this mini patch (the stitched area is around 1" square) using shades of brown, white, and a pop of bright green. I've never done Bargello before, but thought it would be fun to try it on a small square. I didn't have the right fabric, and after two attempts, I finally bought some (28 ct!) even-weave fabric. I used 2 strands of floss, and once I got the pattern going, the hardest part was seeing the where to put the needle in such fine fabric! I probably shouldn't have tried to learn the technique on such a small scale but it came out pretty neat looking!

There's not much in this world that can't be improved by either chocolate, bacon or glitter.

When I bought the fabric, I was only focused on getting the right fabric, not really thinking about how tiny it really was. I had to take my glasses off so I could hold it close enough to see!

Right? So tiny, so perfect.

Aw, shucks! Thanks!
