The other Disney bound that I created for my trip this week was a porg! I love all things Porgs and it was only fitting that I meet Chewbacca while bounding as a porg <3 This dress was a lot of fun to design and create. I used the Patterns for Pirates Wiggle Crop Top with Short Sleeves as a jumping point for my own design. I know that this pattern fits me really well, as I've made 6 other dresses from it. The over sleeves are meant to mimic the wings on a porg, and are fully open underneath for air circulation in the FL heat. The can be worn on the wrist to look like a wing, or left off the wrist to hang like a little capelet. The skirt is a full circle and has a high-low hem so that the back is longer. This was done to give the feel of the adorable little tail on the porg. I made simply floral and wire ears for this one and will pair it with giant sunglasses to look like their cute giant eyes <3

Beautifully made, very well thought out design and construction. *Rocks*
