I finally decided to make one of those tulle wreaths I'm sure you've all seen by now.  I got a little frustrated at first with cutting the tulle, but once I found a tutorial that explained it better and gave some helpful tips, I was able to do it.

and I'm SO glad I did.

normal lighting

dark room with flash to show more sparkle

I bought 2 rolls of glitter tulle and 2 rolls of white tulle from Michaels.  afraid it wouldn't be enough (it wouldn't have been), I bought 2 rolls of glitter tulle and 2 rolls of white tulle from Joann.  I ADORE the white tulle from Joann and love the glitter tulle from Michaels (Joann's is kinda...tacky(?).  it sticks together more than I care for making it more annoying to work with).  I got the wire frame and "snowball" picks from Michaels as well.  the tulle layers go (back to front): Joann's white, Joann's glitter, Michaels' white, Michaels' glitter.  for some reason you don't really see the Michaels glitter in the pictures.   Undecided

I love how it turned out, and now I need to make 1,000 more!  and I'll be finding this glitter forever.  I knocked so much off making this thing.   Cheesy

Super sparkly! That's sure to catch some eyes and get some compliments.

I love sparkles!!!  the problem is I'm still finding them EVERYWHERE, even after vacuuming twice and using half of a lint roller.   Cheesy
