The heart tag is actually from Onyxnox, if you open it, it has a little 'thanks for swapping' message. I only just bought my first embossing powder today, I'm looking forward to the attempt, but I know it'll take a long time to get on Onyxnox levels of card creation.

I received from endymion about a week ago, it's just been a very busy week. My grandpa is dying from a medical error, and the family's been trying to figure out what to do next. But enough of sadness, look at the pretties!

I asked for Halloween tags, and she delivered. I didn't take them out of the bags to photograph, knowing once I take them out the ribbons won't neatly go back in, but they're so varied and pretty and I love them.

Classy upscale golden cards:

Funky fun cards (the 'snow' is metal!):

I'm not attached to your world, nothing heals, nothing grows... we used to love ourselves, we used to love one another.

life is no cabaret- we don't care what you say, we're inviting you anyway, you mf'ers, you'll sing someday!

I also recieved from Onyxnox!

Whatever this texture is, it's very 3-d and sparkly.

cold hands warm hearts... what could be more applicable for "Winterpeg"?

this pairing is probably my favourite!

I'm not sure why this got so washed out, it's a lovely gold in real life.

Aw Staci - I am sorry to hear about your grandfather.  My sympathies with you and your family.  One my grandfather's went because of bad medical choices being made - that was 20 years ago and it still sticks in my mind - and I found out a few years afterwards thru fluke of chance, in the mind of at least one of his caregivers too.  If nothing else, maybe some people will learn and be better caregivers for it Sad

I received from holistic knitter and gala_apples - and my camera battery is charged... but now I can't find my camera.

I was in a bit of a crafting frenzy for the 12 days swap and have a pile of materials on my table for a couple of different projects - in some rather precarious piles - I am hoping it is under that mess.

gala, I'm so very sorry to hear about your grandfather.  I know your family doesn't know what to do next, but I hope all of you can find some sort of peace in the end.

OK, found camera... really need to clean up that work table.  I am from a 8x4 feet large oak table to an area that is about 2 feet by 18 inch work space!

Anyways, I received from holistic knitter and gala_apples.

The tags from gala

the cards - I really like the tall, thin shape her cards and love the white embossing on the light blue patterned paper of the snowman card

From holistic knitter - love the different patterned papers and the glittery deer - and it is hard to take a clear picture of something so glittery!
