So I read that acrylic paints can stain dolls "skin"....!
Is this true? Is it only when you paint  it onto the doll, or can appliques with painted details stain? I'm nervous now, since I use acrylic paint for just about anything and everything! I just made an egg for my "Dinosaur Babyee" doll to be displayed in, and I don't want my acrylic paint job to damage it....

So here is a pic of a different " Babyee" doll than mine that has what looks like staining on its leg. I don't want to end up with marks like that.

I've never seen acrylic paint stain plastic, although I imagine it might be possible.  The stain on the Baby Sinclair-esque doll's leg you posted looks more like ink or marker to me, but I could be wrong.
