Did you guys know that our very own uber-talented embroiderer extraordinaire kittykill is learning to crochet?  Well she is, and I couldn't help but want to send her some fun tools to use as she learns, so I whipped up a Hooker's Helper necklace for her.  The pendant at the bottom is a thread/yarn cutter.  The charms are actually stitch markers that can be removed to use in a project, and stored back on the necklace when done.  There are 4 little enamel strawberries, 2 green enamel stars, and 4 beads to help her keep track of her work.

That is so great. Lovely and functional, this will be so encouraging to keep up the crochet. Nice Smiley.

I'm not online as much as I used to be, don't panic if it takes a while for me to reply to things Smiley.

Everything about this is perfect!
I would wear it proudly with the hopes someone would ask me about it!

Combining useful tools and jewelry is wonderful! It looks great! This combination reminds me of those pincushions that are also rings, useful and stylish.
