I made my friend a bow tie to wear at her wedding and, because of who I am as a person, I made it literally the night before the wedding. As there was no time to make sure it fit her, I made another one just in case it was too small.  Tongue

This is hers, the smaller one that ended up fitting perfectly:



And on the big day!



And the second one, which I cut on the bias and was therefore rather hellish to sew, but fits me and I get to keep:





I ordered the fabric from Spoonflower (a fat quarter of Rainbow Pride Stripes in silky faille) and then used a tute from their blog to make the ties.
