Made for my sweet friend edelC so it will hopefully feel like I am there having comfort cups of tea with her sometimes Smiley.

Front and back.

Here it is after stitching the leafy vine across.

I had a wee kitty button that looked so sweet lounging in the grass and flowers.

Our tea pot has the same dimensions but is a titch shorter, in any case it was a good size to try it on.

Voila, it fits! Oh, this will be fun to serve tea to guests in. Just have to find some funny shaped biscuits to go with it Cheesy.

Both the outer layer and inner lining are natural fiber sweater fabric shrunk in the wash and should keep things quite warm.

I have one too, it's the second one I made. The first was for my auntie. If I love you, eventually you are gonna get a tea cosy from me Smiley.

Thank you Smiley. I wanted to make Hagrid's hut but the shape was not right. I figured this was in that realm, could be a cousin's place or something Wink.

*****fingers and toes tightly crossed while chanting over and over-"Please love me, please love me, please love me...."  (You said if you loved someone, that he/she would eventually get one of these tea cozies.   Grin)

Let's be honest here, I love all of you. I should start a tea cosy making factory over here. Link me to your faves for inspiration Cheesy.
