I have to agree about the chocolate covered strawberries. My package was delivered to craftADDchick yesterday!

Oh, oh, oh, exciting!

I've been working on things. I think they are coming out ok and can only hope the little girl they are for will think so as well Smiley.

I like the way strawberries looks & smell. Mashed up they can be a lovely skin treatment. The teeny wild ones are delectable & a joy to find growing wherever they may. My children love to eat the large domesticated berries, jellies & jams, those are not for me.

I forgot to answer my own question!  I think my favorite is strawberry shortcake, made with balsamic macerated berries, on top of homemade biscuits rather than cake, and topped with vegan coco whip.

Meanwhile, I finished my medium just now, and I love how it came out.  Hopefully kittykill will too!

Even better if you split and grill the biscuits with butter in a hot skillet.

I am not big on fruit flavors in general, but I make an exception for berries fresh-picked from my garden.  Smiley  When I was a kid & the rest of my family had strawberry shortcake, I had the shortcake or biscuits plain.

I am most of the way done with the embroidery machine bits, and on to the sewing & finishing.

My favorite strawberry snack is a toasted sesame seed bagel slathered with butter and topped with strawberry jam. In second place is strawberry shortcake with the biscuit-style shortcake.

And, my package did indeed arrive! Ill post in the gallery on Sunday!

I have texture issues with food, I can't handle mushy food at all. So a nice bowl of chopped just barely ripe strawberries so they're still hard, with a sprinkle of sugar on top to make them sweeter, is my favourite berry meal.  Smiley

I bought supplies for this swap the day after I got my partner, and then decided today that I don't like them, so I went out and bought new stuff. Hopefully I can stick with these, before I run out of time.

Finished the project I started on Friday, and love how it came out.  Started something else yesterday, and am about to dive back into it now.  Hope to have it done tomorrow.  Smiley

A local ice cream maker does the most amazing strawberry ice cream in season, that might be my favorite! I usually work right up to the deadline, and this one will be no exception. But I have no plans for the coming weekend, so I will be all settled in and crafting.
