my friend Mike had some old VHS hanging around, so I came up with this for his new apartment! I'm jealous and totally want one of my own now.

We used:
VHS
Hot Glue/Hot Glue Gun
Floppy Disks (for leg supports)
Wood (to go under the VHS for the table top)
spray paint (to blacken the floppy disks)

I actually still watch my old VHS tapes (I have like, over a hundred or something, lol) but that is an awesome idea and I'd totally use prerecorded, blank or otherwise crappy quality tapes for this project.  It would be great since I'm a movie buff.  It's very original.

Looks great! But how strong is it? Does it wobble at all?

we reinforced the legs with zip disks that we spray painted black. the vhs table top part is backed by a thick piece of wood. It's pretty sturdy <3
