I have a whale thing so I decided I needed some for my walls.  The whales are made of clay that are mounted on pallet wood.  I thought they were too plain so I decided to hang them with rope and a pulley.  I think the hanging situation is my favorite part. (they were kind of hard to photograph sorry)

These turned out really neat! And I also love the rope and pulley detail.

I have a pulley fascination (I have no idea why! I remember learning about simple mechanics in elementary school and have been hooked ever since) so I love this idea! The whales are awesome too. The entire ensamble complement eachother very well.

The narwhal detail is very clever. I love your color palette - really lovely. And the matte wood vs the shiny creature colors, with black highlights? Swoon!

As if the whales weren't awesome enough, that rope and pulley hanging idea is the bomb! I love these. And now I want to find a pulley-worthy piece of art to hang somewhere in my house...
