The awesome ladies of the Crochet Shawl-Along have inspired me to stash bust out a few scrappy shawls from my bits and bobs of Lion Brand Homespun.  The pattern is the Yarrow Triangle Scarf.  These two will go to a charity called Alice's Embrace, that provides shawls and lap blankets for Alzheimer's patients.

There's not much in this world that can't be improved by either chocolate, bacon or glitter.

You'd never suspect these were from scraps! What a wonderful comfort these will be to their recipients.

Sweet project Smiley. They both look like warm hugs!

I'm not online as much as I used to be, don't panic if it takes a while for me to reply to things Smiley.

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

Yes they do! Even your "scrappy" shawls' colors coordinate so beautifully. The one stash-busting shawl I've (nearly) finished is a big ol' eyesore!  Cheesy Thanks for sharing the charity link too!
