I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

I made a wee cabinet out of basswood and wondered what the heck to do with it, so I painted it black and stuck it in an altoids tin (because that's what you do with these sorts of things, right?). It was pretty boring until I added an Altoids Tin Facade from Alpha Stamps, which transformed it into a tiny shop that one of my kids named Stop Your Coffin Remedies and RaritiesCheesy

There's lots of teensy bottles made from beads and upturned dollhouse glasses, as well as a few books, a skull, and some mossy bits for good measure.

The cabinet was originally going to be made from cardboard, my go-to material for mini furniture, but I found pre-cut basswood rectangles at a craft store and thought they'd work out. I trimmed a few and they worked better than the cardboard for this project. But I still used cardboard for the "doors"!

It's really cool. Clever use of the miniature glasses, did you glue those right to the shelves or rig a bottom of sorts for them first?
The frame is so perfect for this. You really think up the most amazing things to do with those Alphastamp items.

Another amazing miniature environment!  The cabinet and its' tiny contents look great and you did a really nice job making the black wood appear old and weathered.

This apothecary reminds me of this old scary story: http://www.boyscouttrail.com/content/story/the_coffin-127.asp

I have a great appreciation for anyone who can make these miniatures,  I would never have the patience to make one.  This one is so clever and cute.
