Correct me if I just havent been able to find it, but is there a way/place to list items you have that you'd like to swap and maybe your wishlist? I know we all have those things we *still* havent used but vaguely think they would be useful and so keep them forever where someone else could be really thrilled to have them in return for something you'll actually use!

I havent been able to find a website that does this, but I think there could be a great need for it (people may just not know it yet Wink ).

Maybe the forum format wouldnt be conducive to this kind of thing though.. Thoughts?

I asked something similar in the Destash-along thread. There are sometimes givers and needers swaps (anybody can organize one I think) and I suppose one could add a line to their signature with a link to a photo album somewhere like flickr of items the have to give away. That would be more a request for a private message regarding a personal swap though as personal swapping is not official sanctioned by C-ster. (I've gotten a message about giraffe things from the line in my signature Wink).
I have simply been donating unwanted supplies to a thrift shop and trusting they will find their way into the hands of someone who wants them more than I do. That works in reverse too, most times I'm in need of some obscure item I visualize just what I want, go to the thrift store and there it is waiting for me. It's kind of magical how often that happens.

Oh, and there are online trading and freecycle sites out there, like bunz.
