I received from our lovely organizer!
We decided on two books and she sent me Till We Have Faces by C.S. Lewis which came with a cute book mark and a beautiful knitted veil/shawl. It is so lovely and soft and no cannot wait for the weather to cool a bit to wear it!

The second book is called We Have Always Lived in the Castle by Shirley Jackson and it's a mystery! It looks really intriguing and came with a lovely wrap bracelet with charms to represent the characters/themes.
She also sent a few of her favorite teas that look delicious!

Thank you for partnering with me! These are going to be great reads, I can tell!

I have not read the C.S. Lewis book, but I have read We Have Always Lived In The Castle. I LOOOOVE Shirley Jackson! When I was in competitive speech, for one of my dramatic readings, I chose a selection from her novel The Haunting of Hill House -- which is also excellent!! Sometimes classics truly ARE classics!

The shawl is so pretty, love those colors! And the bracelet is so unique, too! I also like the bookmark! I have an entire pinterest board dedicated to bookmarks, so ... yeah....  Roll Eyes

Oh man! When I was in creative writing in college, I read  The Lottery by her and it was just the best short piece I've ever read! Seriously good and just a touch creepy! If you are a fan of hers and have 20 minutes to spare, read that!

Apparently I received Monday and my sister forgot to let me know! I got a fun package from Audiana1. It's not letting me upload pictures right now so I'll try again this evening.

The haunting of hill House is the best atmospheric ghost story in my opinion. All of Jackson's work is spectacular.

Yes, The Lottery is amazing! Such a creepy yet amazing short story! I also was first introduced to it in a creative writing class and it is once of the few short stories that has really stuck with me/that I actually remember the name of! Haha.

The Lottery is a great taste of how well Jackson can write. The Haunting of Hill House and We Have Always Lived In The Castle are even better written than that story. She's a splendid author.

Craftster is currently experience errors on uploading pictures, but a mod helped me upload around it. This is what I received from Audiana1

A toad for 'Tuck Everlasting' with three straight pins, and a bookmark for 'The Princess Bride

She also sent three teas that I'm excited to try Smiley

I received from FiberAlchemist, and she spoiled me!!!

I got so many delightful books, and they all look like they are going to be awesome, right up my alley! I can't wait to dive in!

I mean, WOW!!

I think the first book I'm going to read is, A Darker Shade of Magic. She made this hoopla to go along with it, and reading it will make it clear to me what the hoopla means! I love the look of it, the embroidery is perfect!

And The Name of the Star was snugly ensconced in this padded jacket:

Although, I am not wondering what to read next, thanks to FiberAlchemist!  Cheesy

I also received 2 lovely moleskin notebooks, in homage of The Magicians trilogy! I'm really looking forward to reading those novels, too!  (Honestly, they all look phenomenal!)

Thank you so much for a wonderful package! I will be diving in to these treats TODAY!!  Grin
