This fruit pizza was super easy to make!! Other than the fruit you only need a few ingredients. Youll need a bag of sugar cookie mix, one block of cream cheese, and one tub of marshmallow fluff. Mix up the sugar cookie dough based on the package instructions spread it on your pan bake it at 375 for about nine minutes. I made the topping by whipping together the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff and spreading over the cooled cookie. Then you top with whatever fruit you have or want. I actually made two this weekend, one for a BBQ and one for my kids. The large package of sugar cookie mix was enough for two pizzas.

That looks wonderful! We have a summer baby here, one who loves fruit but not so much sweet cake or pie. I'm thinking this would be delightful for her bday tea, yum yum Smiley.

Its not overly sweet and is perfect for summer! Our family enjoys them year round, we just change up the fruits.
