I have dabbled in embroidery before but I lack the fine tuned skills.  I found these kits at JoAnn's and thought they would be perfect for jumping back into the embroidery game!
They were complete kits with felt that had pre-drilled (?) holes, applique pieces, and embroidery thread.  It was a great weekend project!
Sorry if this pic is blurry

Llama (my fave!)

Hedgehog:

Raccoon:

Cactus (this one is so cute in person):

Flamingo (my favorite bird):

Fox (my least fave to stitch, the holes didn't line up as good as I thought they should've)"

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

They all look fantastic! I'm with you on favoriting the llama, even if he appears to be a Gryffindor.  Cheesy

They are all super cute and a great project to get you feeling stitchy. We haven't got joannes here, I wonder if I can find similar at Michaels. I will look!

CLM, I've seen the flamingo and cactus at my local Michaels, so you may have some luck there.

Very cute!  I think kits are a good way to learn and to dip your toes into any craft!

I love the little flamingo!
