Looks like this might be the weekend of the Carolina Cheese Fest? At least last year it was the last weekend in April. I may be lactose intolerant but I sure do love cheese...

I LOVE cheese! I've been known to have as many as 40 different cheeses in my house at one time. Can never have too many.

I'm lactose intolerant too, but I've found I can get away with a few hard aged cheeses.  In case you hadn't known, Cabot Cheeses are all naturally lactose free!  They are real cheese, made from real milk, and aren't a vegan alternative.  They just accidentally contain no lactose. Smiley

Cabot Cheeses are amazing and the company is generous too.  They always donate a hefty gift box to our silent auction.  Smiley

As a Wisconsinite I am pretty sure 90% of my body is made of cheese! The cheese fest sounds fun! I am trying to convince my husband to come along. I am not sure he is too into it yet, but I've got time to convince him.
