I don't need no instructions to know how to rock.

I made a few rebatch soap items for holiday gifts.

This one is an ombre soap with gold mica layers between shades.  I also dusted the tops with more gold mica.  You get the color patches because rebatch doesn't completely liquefy.  I actually like that kind of rustic look, which is why I like making rebatch bars.

I designed the bands with Publisher.

I also made some unscented colloidal oatmeal bars.  My mom likes them so I usually make some for her, and use the rest for my holiday gift buffet.

I had some wonky cuts on the oatmeal bars, so I cut them into small cubes and packaged them in jars.  Again, I made the labels in Publisher, and cut them with my Silhouette.

That first set of bars looks beautiful! I love the layering. All the ingredients look amazing too. I'm sure the bars are absolutely luxurious to use. Also, the jars of soap cubes are totally fun. I've never seen something like that before. Great use of scraps Smiley

Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.

Beautiful! Looks way smoother and nicer than any rebatch I've made! <3
